Angela DeMarco

Born to Italian migrants and having experienced first-hand the effects of living in a migrant family, Angela has dedicated her entire working career to supporting and working with migrants, using her many years in Government to implement policies and influence change that will benefit migrant communities. Passionate about her work, she is determined to ensure positive outcomes for those she represents. In addition to being registered with the OMARA as a migration professional since 1993, Angela has 35+ years’ experience in the formation of Government policies and programs related to migration, overseas qualifications recognition, employment and settlement. Many of the initiatives she implemented during her Government career are still being enjoyed by migrants in South Australia today. Angela is best described as ‘honest’, ‘highly experienced’, ‘caring’ but also ‘direct’ in her assessments of visa opportunities. She leaves no stone unturned to help her clients achieve their career and visa goals. Highly respected in the migration profession she is often the “go to’ person for agents who are new to the profession.
Dianne Casale

Dianne was born in Belgium to Italian parents and migrated to Australia with her family when she was very young. She remembers the challenges both her parents faced as they navigated settlement to a new country with a young family. This foundation planted the seed that grew her interest in multicultural affairs and later immigration law. Dianne has enjoyed a successful career in Government with the latter part of her career in leadership, advocacy and key implementation roles before waving goodbye to a distinguished 30+ year public sector career to join private practice. Dianne brings to the De Marco Migration team a wealth of immigration practice, knowledge and experience which is bolstered by her background in government policy and advocacy integral to immigration practice and application of migration law. There are very few registered migration professionals who bring this level of knowledge and experience and we welcome this to our professional practice. Dianne is best described as a collaborator, committed, creative problem solver with an eye for detail who ensures her clients are represented in a professional manner to achieve the best chance of success. We welcome Dianne to our team as a Migration Consultant.
